New Savoring the Best of World Flavors DVD

Bring today’s “cutting-edge” global flavors to your operation easily, with the new Savoring the Best of World Flavors DVD set, volume one. Produced by The Culinary Institute of America in association with Unilever Foodsolutions, this new double-DVD set features the “gold standards” of the cuisines of India, Spain, Mexico and Thailand, prepared by the top chefs in each region. The set will be premiered at the ACF convention in Philadelphia in July.

Focusing on four of today’s most popular world flavor trends, the first disk shows you how some of the top chefs from these four countries prepare their dishes authentically, with step-by-step video instruction. You’ll see such recipes as Chameen Moily (Prawn Curry with Coconut Milk and Turmeric) from India and Yum Mamuang (Mango Salad) from Thailand.

The second disk, featuring the Unilever Foodsolutions culinary team, shows how you can use the flavors of those cuisines to make patron-pleasing, authentically inspired dishes easily and profitably. Fish Veracruz en Hoja from Mexico and Rogan Josh from India are just two of the many dishes featured on this disk.
