We knew how to make breakfast better

Holiday Inn knew better hot breakfasts would boost customer satisfaction. But limited prep space and labor were major considerations. The Unilever Food Solutions Hotel Team rose to the challenge with standardized, easy-to-implement guidelines for improving breakfast menu items in the chain’s unique service environment.

Sue Morgan, the chain’s Food and Beverage VP, tells us guests give the new hot breakfast rave reviews. Says Sue, "Our mission is creating 'Hotels Guests Love'. "With a little help from Unilever Food Solutions, she reports: "Guest View scores for breakfast at Holiday Inn continue to rise."
