Tips
Orange and Black Chicken: Marinate chicken breasts in Hellmann's Mandarin Orange & Kiwi vinaigrette. Dredge the chicken through blackening spices and cook in blackening pan. Cut in strips and allow to cool. Wash and pick fresh spinach, toss in vinaigrette and dress on plate. Arrange chicken strips on spinach, garnish with orange and lime segments plus chopped walnuts.
