Langis pre-sweentened Lime Professional Bar Mix is primarily designed to create a perfect Whiskey Sour or Collins. Mix can also be used in all bar drinks calling for lemon juice.
Fill a 4 L (140 fl. oz) jug one third full with cold water. Add contents of pouch and stir briefly until dissolved. Fill jug with cold water and stir again. Once made up, treat as fresh lime juice. Store unused portion in refrigerator. YIELD: 4 L (140 fl. oz)
