Black Bean and Sweet Corn Salad

Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 qt. Black Beans, cooked
  • 4 c. Sweet Corn, cooked
  • 1 c. Plum Tomatoes, small dice
  • ½ c. Red Bell Pepper, small dice
  • 4 t. Cilantro (1), chiffonade
  • 2 t. Cumin, ground
  • 8 oz. Hellmann’s® Creamy Ranch
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings, as needed.
