Black Bean and Sweet Corn Salad
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 qt. Black Beans, cooked
- 4 c. Sweet Corn, cooked
- 1 c. Plum Tomatoes, small dice
- ½ c. Red Bell Pepper, small dice
- 4 t. Cilantro (1), chiffonade
- 2 t. Cumin, ground
- 8 oz. Hellmann’s® Creamy Ranch
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method:- Combine all ingredients.
- Blend well.
- Taste and adjust seasonings, as needed.
