preparation
1. Saute the clams, mussels and calamari in HELLMANN'S Classico Italian Vinaigrette
2. Fire grill the eggplant, green pepper and sweet potato
3. Arrange all the cooked ingredients on a plate and garnish with the cherry tomatoes
4. Drizzle the remaining hot vinaigrette over the top of the dish
