Savoury Braised Lamb Shanks with Raspberry Orange Glaze

30mlHELLMANNS Raspberry Vinaigrette Fat Free 2 x 4 L 
1 Lamb shank
5mlOrange marmalade
250mlRice cooked

preparation

1. Put the lamb shank in an oven proof dish and brush with the HELLMANN'S Raspberry Vinaigrette and orange marmalade mixture.
2. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes, baste often.
3. Slice the cooked lamb and arrange on top of the warm rice, drizzle with the remaining orange glaze.
