Sliced Beef Chinese Style

750mlKNORR Beef (Paste) Bouillon 6 x 1 Kg Prepared according to instructions  
15mlCornstarch sliced
65mlOil
500mlCelery, diced fine
250mlOnions, grilled diced
1000gBeef, round, tip, strips (sirloin steak)
500mlMushrooms, sliced sliced
500mlCarrots julienne
10mlSoy sauce
10mlSoy sauce

preparation

1. Slice sirloin butt in thin strips.
2. Season with salt and Pepper
3. Using a wok, sauté meat and vegetables in MAZOLA Corn Oil over high heat.
4. Deglaze with KNORR Beef Bouillon already prepared according to directions.
5. Simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Thicken with CHEFMATE Corn Starch.
7. Add soya sauce.
8. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve.
