Sliced Beef Chinese Style

| 15 | ml | Cornstarch sliced |
| 65 | ml | Oil |
| 500 | ml | Celery, diced fine |
| 250 | ml | Onions, grilled diced |
| 1000 | g | Beef, round, tip, strips (sirloin steak) |
| 500 | ml | Mushrooms, sliced sliced |
| 500 | ml | Carrots julienne |
| 10 | ml | Soy sauce |
| 10 | ml | Soy sauce |
preparation
1. Slice sirloin butt in thin strips.
2. Season with salt and Pepper
3. Using a wok, sauté meat and vegetables in MAZOLA Corn Oil over high heat.
4. Deglaze with KNORR Beef Bouillon already prepared according to directions.
5. Simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Thicken with CHEFMATE Corn Starch.
7. Add soya sauce.
8. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve.
