Thai Chow Mein Salad

| 1 | Bok choy | |
| 65 | ml | Broccoli, florets |
| 250 | ml | Chow Mein noodles |
| 15 | ml | Red pepper, roasted sliced (thinly) |
preparation
1. Cut the bok choy in half lengthways, and steam for two minutes, cool with cold water and drain
2. Arrange the two halves of bok choy on the plate, add the broccoli florets and noodles
3. Garnish with red pepper slices and drizzle with the HELLMANN'S Seasme Thai Vinaigrette
