| 60 | ml | Soy sauce |
| 15 | ml | Sesame oil |
| 10 | g | Ginger, pickled, sliced (fresh), minced |
| Cayenne pepper to taste | ||
| 360 | g | Fettucini |
| 360 | g | Bell Pepper, red, diced sliced (thinly) |
| 360 | g | Cucumber (English), sliced |
| 360 | g | Snow peas blanched |
| 160 | g | Green Onions, sliced sliced |
| Sesame Seeds, garnish |
preparation
1. Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the box, cool and drain well.
2. In a bowl, combine HELLMANN'S Light Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and cayenne pepper.
3. Add remaining ingredients except for the sesame seeds; toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours. Can be served over shredded Chinese cabbage, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
