60mlSoy sauce
15mlSesame oil
10gGinger, pickled, sliced (fresh), minced
  Cayenne pepper to taste
360gFettucini
360gBell Pepper, red, diced sliced (thinly)
360gCucumber (English), sliced
360gSnow peas blanched
160gGreen Onions, sliced sliced
  Sesame Seeds, garnish

preparation

1. Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the box, cool and drain well.
2. In a bowl, combine HELLMANN'S Light Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and cayenne pepper.
3. Add remaining ingredients except for the sesame seeds; toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours. Can be served over shredded Chinese cabbage, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
