250mlWater Boiling
250mlBulgur, cooked wheat
125mlScallions sliced
250mlParsley, chopped (fresh), chopped
45mlLemon juice, fresh pressed
125mlWalnut Raisin Bread

preparation

1. In a large mixing bowl, pour boiling hot water and HELLMANN'S Greek Vinaigrette over bulgur.
2. Let sit for one hour until liquid is absorbed and bulgur is tender.
3. Add sliced scallions, chopped parsley and fresh lemon juice to bulgur. Mix well and add raisins.
