Tabbouleh With Raisins
Ingredients (5 servings)

| 250 | ml | Water Boiling |
| 250 | ml | Bulgur, cooked wheat |
| 125 | ml | Scallions sliced |
| 250 | ml | Parsley, chopped (fresh), chopped |
| 45 | ml | Lemon juice, fresh pressed |
| 125 | ml | Walnut Raisin Bread |
preparation
1. In a large mixing bowl, pour boiling hot water and HELLMANN'S Greek Vinaigrette over bulgur.
2. Let sit for one hour until liquid is absorbed and bulgur is tender.
3. Add sliced scallions, chopped parsley and fresh lemon juice to bulgur. Mix well and add raisins.
