Asparagus & Shrimp In Vinaigrette

125mlHELLMANNS Sundried Tomato Pesto Vinaigrette 2 x 4 L 
16 Shrimp, grilled cooked
16 Asparagus (fresh) ; cooked
1 Green Onions, sliced sliced
10mlCilantro, chopped chopped
1xTomato diced
  Lettuce, as needed

preparation

1. Mix onion, tomato and cilantro with ¾ of the HELLMANN'S Sundried Tomato and Pesto Vinaigrette.
2. Split the cooked shrimp in half and arrange on the platter on top of the asparagus spears and drizzle the remaining vinaigrette over it.
3. Spoon the tomato, onion and cilantro mix on platter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
