Chicken with Black Olives
Ingredients (10 servings)

| 10 | Chicken breast, grilled, sliced skinless | |
| 105 | g | Flour (all purpose) |
| 75 | g | Oil |
| 125 | ml | Water |
| 250 | ml | Mushrooms, sliced sliced |
| 30 | pc | Olives, Marinated, Pitted, chopped black, pitted |
| Salt and Pepper, to taste |
preparation
1. Season chicken breasts and dust with flour.
2. Pan fry in Corn Oil until light brown and reserve.
3. Deglaze with water.
4. Combine mushrooms and olives and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Add chicken breast.
6. Moisten with KNORR Demi-Glace Sauce, already prepared as per directions.
7. Bake covered in oven at 175 °C or 350 °F for 20 minutes.
8. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve.
