Chicken with Black Olives

 
 
 

Ingredients (10 servings)

500mlKNORR Classical Demi-Glace Sauce 6 x 880 GR 
10 Chicken breast, grilled, sliced skinless
105gFlour (all purpose)
75gOil
125mlWater
250mlMushrooms, sliced sliced
30pcOlives, Marinated, Pitted, chopped black, pitted
  Salt and Pepper, to taste

preparation

1. Season chicken breasts and dust with flour.
2. Pan fry in Corn Oil until light brown and reserve.
3. Deglaze with water.
4. Combine mushrooms and olives and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Add chicken breast.
6. Moisten with KNORR Demi-Glace Sauce, already prepared as per directions.
7. Bake covered in oven at 175 °C or 350 °F for 20 minutes.
8. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve.
