Jicama Orange Chicken Salad

| 125 | ml | Carrots shredded |
| 125 | ml | Lentil salad |
| 125 | ml | Jicama shredded |
| 4 | leaves | Lettuce, shredded garnish |
preparation
1. Peel and remove segments from the orange.
2. Peel carrots and Jicama and cut on a mandolin into shoestrings.
3. Arrange decoratively on a platter with orange segments, lentil salad and lettuce.
4. Top with the sliced grilled chicken and drizzle with the HELLMANN'S Raspberry Vinaigrette.
