preparation

1. Poach the mahi mahi fillets and put to one side.
2. Make a salsa by mixing the diced mango and strawberry with HELLMANN'S Raspberry Vinaigrette.
3. Arrange the salad greens on the plate with the poached fish.
4. Top with sliced onion garnish.
5. Garnish the fish with the mango and strawberry salsa.
