Marinated Pork Tenderloin Salad

30mlHELLMANN'S Creamy Honey & Dijon Dressing 2 x 4 L 
90gPork tenderloin, sliced medallions
250mlSpinach, cleaned washed and dried
250mlArugula, trimmed greens, washed and dried
15mlPine nuts toasted
5mlOnions, grilled garnish

preparation

1. Cut the pork tenderloins into medallions flatten slightly
2. Marinade in the HELLMANN'S Creamy Honey & Dijon Vinaigrette for two hours.
3. Fire grill the pork and arrange over the greens.
4. Garnish with the sliced onions and pine nuts.
5. Bring the remaining marinade to the boil and drizzle over the salad.
