| 250 | ml | Parmesan, shaved cheese, grated |
| 20 | ml | Tomato paste |
| 2 | Eggs, hard cooked, chopped whisked | |
| Salt and Pepper, to taste | ||
| 250 | ml | Parmesan, shaved cheese, grated |
preparation
1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and shape into small size meatballs.
2. Place into a preheated frying pan and cook them over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
