Mediterranean Style Smoked Ham

| 250 | ml | KNORR Classical Demi-Glace Sauce 6 x 880 GR Prepared according to instructions |
| 1 | kg | Ham, sliced cottage roll |
| 250 | ml | Wine, white |
| 75 | ml | Madeira (special wine) |
preparation
1. Place ham in large kettle or cooking pot and cover ham with cold water. Cover and simmer for 2.5 - 3 hours. Drain and remove rind and excess fat.
2. Braise ham for another hour in a suitable pan with white wine and Madeira wine, turning ham occasionally
3. Add KNORR Demi-Glace sauce.
4. Season the sauce, if desired and strain.
