Mediterranean Style Smoked Ham

250mlKNORR Classical Demi-Glace Sauce 6 x 880 GR Prepared according to instructions  
1kgHam, sliced cottage roll
250mlWine, white
75mlMadeira (special wine)

preparation

1. Place ham in large kettle or cooking pot and cover ham with cold water. Cover and simmer for 2.5 - 3 hours. Drain and remove rind and excess fat.
2. Braise ham for another hour in a suitable pan with white wine and Madeira wine, turning ham occasionally
3. Add KNORR Demi-Glace sauce.
4. Season the sauce, if desired and strain.
