65mlOnions, red, sliced thin sliced
250mlLettuce, shredded (romaine), shredded
65mlRed pepper, roasted strips

preparation

1. Saute the red pepper and onion strips in the HELLMANN'S Classico Italian Vinaigrette
2. Grill the mushroom and cut into a fan
3. Arrange the mushroom fan and sauteed vegetables over the shredded lettuce
4. Drizzle the remaining hot vinaigrette over the top
