Beer 'N Cheddar Cheese Soup

| 800 | ml | Water |
| 250 | ml | Cheddar, shredded cheese, shredded |
| 2.5 | ml | Onion powder |
| 0.3 | oz | Beer, dark Warmed |
| 0.3 | oz | Cream (half & half) |
| Pepper (white), to taste | ||
| Bay leaf, to taste |
preparation
1. Prepare the KNORR White Sauce as per the instructions.
2. Add the cheddar cheese, bay leaf, and onion powder. Simmer until all cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Add beer and simmer for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
3. Add warmed cream slowly. Simmer for 5 more minutes, stirring constantly. Do not boil.
4. Adjust seasoning with pepper. Hold for service.
