| 12 | Mussels fresh, cleaned | |
| 30 | ml | Tomato chopped |
| 15 | ml | Green Onions, sliced chopped |
| French bread |
preparation
1. Put mussels, tomato, green onions and HELLMANN'S Sundried Tomato & Pesto Vinaigrette in a covered pot and cook till mussels start to open, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Scoop the cooked mussels into a serving dish, pour the cooking liquor over the top.
3. Serve with the French bread for dipping.
