Parmesan And Basil Frittata

16 Eggs, hard cooked, chopped
250mlCream Sour
30mlButter
3 Green Onions, sliced sliced
30mlOlive oil
250mlParmesan, shaved cheese grated
  Salt and Pepper, to taste
250mlParmesan, shaved grated
  Salt and Pepper, to taste

preparation

1. Place sour cream in a medium-size bowl. Beat in eggs, to blend. Stir in salt, pepper and KNORR Primerba Basil.
2. In a large frying pan (with an oven-proof handle) over medium heat, place butter and olive oil. When butter is melted, add green onions and stir for 1 minute. Add egg mixture . Continue cooking until eggs are softly set and top is still moist.
3. Remove from heat; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place pan 6 inches beneath heated broiler; broil until cheese is melted and top is lightly browned (2-3 minutes). cut into wedges and serve from pan.
