Savoury Spinach & Artichoke Dip

| 250 | ml | Artichoke, whole, trimmed hearts, diced |
| 250 | ml | Spinach, cleaned frozen, thawed and chopped |
| 65 | ml | Pimento diced |
| 1 | x | round loaf large |
preparation
1. Mix all ingredients together, cover and allow to stand for 1 hour
2. To serve warm, scoop out of the centre of the bread, spoon dip inside, wrap in foil and put in oven at 250°F for 15-20 minutes.
