1 Belgian Endive
15mlCheese, Cheddar, sliced (Roquefort)
1 Pears (fresh )
  Radicchio lettuce, garnish

preparation

1. Peel and core the pear and poach in a simple sugar syrup.
2. Arrange the endive and radicchio on a serving platter.
3. Slice the pear warm or cold over the lettuce and sprinkle cheese crumble.
4. Drizzle with HELLMANN'S Mandarin Orange & Kiwi Vinaigrette.
