Genoa Salami And Peppers Antipasto Salad

| KNORR PRIMERBA Basil Herb Paste 1 x 5 Kg to taste | ||

| 1 | pc | Red pepper, roasted |
| 1 | pc | pepper yellow |
| 1 | pc | Onions, red, sliced thin |
| 180 | g | Salami, sliced Genoa |
preparation
1. Prepare and remove seed from peppers, peel onion. Cut vegetables in strips.
2. Slice Genoa salami in 5 mm slices. Cut in strips.
3. In a bowl mix HELLMANN'S Creamy Italian Dressing with KNORR Primerba Basil Paste and toss with vegetables and salami until everything is well coated with dressing.
4. Set on a serving platter or individual plates, line with Radicchio and Boston lettuce. Decorate with fresh basil leaves or springs.
