125mlLettuce, shredded (romaine) ; chopped
125mlIceberg lettuce chopped
3slicesZucchini
0.25pcpepper green
0.25pcRed pepper, roasted
1slicesEggplant, grilled, sliced

preparation

1. Fire grill all the vegetables and toss them with HELLMANN'S Greek Vinaigrette.
2. Mix the two lettuces and arrange on the plate.
3. Garnish with the grilled vegetables.
4. Drizzle the remaing dressing over the salad.
