Marinated Vegetable Salad

| 125 | ml | Lettuce, shredded (romaine) ; chopped |
| 125 | ml | Iceberg lettuce chopped |

| 0.25 | pc | Red pepper, roasted |
| 1 | slices | Eggplant, grilled, sliced |
preparation
1. Fire grill all the vegetables and toss them with HELLMANN'S Greek Vinaigrette.
2. Mix the two lettuces and arrange on the plate.
3. Garnish with the grilled vegetables.
4. Drizzle the remaing dressing over the salad.
