Very Berry Warm Chicken Salad

| 2 | Chicken breast, grilled, sliced (boneless) | |
| 45 | ml | Oil |
| 1 | l | California greens |
| 250 | ml | Raspberries |
| 125 | ml | Onions, red, sliced thin sliced (thinly) |
preparation
1. Sauté chicken until done and remove from pan, reserving the pan juices.
2. Put California greens into a bowl, add onion and raspberries.
3. Mix together warm pan juices and HELLMANN'S Raspberry Vinaigrette and pour over the salad, toss gently.
4. Arrange sliced chicken on salad and garnish with a sprig of mint.
