Mustard Fried Chicken, Country Ham Gravy

Amount               Measure                 Ingredient - Preparation Method

3          each       Whole Chicken - 8 cut
1          cup       Hellmann's Dijonnaise
3          cups       Buttermilk
3          pounds       Flour
1/2          cup       Lawry's Seasoned Salt
         Lard or Oil for Frying
       Country Ham Gravy
1          pint       Prepare Knorr Chicken Gravy
2          slices       Bacon - Chopped
2          ounces       Country Ham - Chopped

Marinate chicken in buttermilk and mustard 12 to 24 hours

Season Flour with Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Drain Chicken well from buttermilk, dredge in seasoned flour and fry at 310 degrees until internal temperature of 160 degrees

Drain on Paper

For Gravy

Render off bacon in pan add chopped ham and gravy bring to simmer

Season to taste

Serving Ideas: Served with Citrus Mashed Potatoes top with herb salad
