Good for the planet

We use a traditional drying method for our Knorr® Soup du Jour premium dry soups. This soup format requires less energy to transport compared with other soup formats and less energy to store as they need only ambient temperatures, meaning a reduction in CO2 impact.

Good for the people

Drying is a traditional way to preserve the flavour and goodness of food. Drying removes the water so that microbes can’t spoil the food, and retains the goodness of fruits and vegetables.
