  • Neutral oil 10.0 ml
  • Ground beef 1.8 kg
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Onions, red 1.0 piece
  • Germinated seeds 170.0 g
  • Avocados, mashed 3.0 each
  • Whole wheat hamburger buns 10.0 piece

Preparing the hamburger sauce

  1. Prepare the fries

    • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
    • Cut the potatos into fry shaped slices. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and onion powder together in a medium bowl. Add fires and toss to coat evenly; arrange on a baking sheet.
    • Bake in the preheated oven, turning once or twice, until golden brown and crispy, about 45 minutes. Serve with side of Sir Kensington's Mayonaise, Ketchup, and Mustard for dipping.
    • TIP: Spread the fries into a single layer on the baking sheet for a crisp exterior.
  2. Prepare the burger

    • Gently divide ground beef into 10 portions, and then lightly form these into thick patties. Season aggressively with salt and pepper.
    • Add oil or butter to a large cast-iron or stainless-steel skillet and place over medium/high heat. Put hamburgers into the skillet and cook, without moving, for approximately 3 minutes. Flip and continue to cook until meat is cooked through, about 4 minutes for medium-rare. Remove hamburgers from skillet and allow to rest for approximately 5 minutes.
    • While the burgers are resting, toast the buns and saute the red onions. Place hamburgers on buns and top with red onion, avocado and sprouts.
    • TIP: The less our handle the meat when forming the patties, the juicier they will be.
  3. Preparing the hamburger sauce

    • Mix ingredients and refrigerate until needed.
