Riz au jasmin aux légumes du jardin
Si simple et pourtant chargé d'un mélange savoureux de légumes, dont des haricots verts, des carottes, des asperges, des petits pois, des poireaux, des courgettes, des oignons et du persil haché, ce riz au jasmin est un excellent accompagnement pour la viande ou le poisson grillé.

Prepare the Rice
- Add oil to a large stock pot. Add the rice, coat with oil and toast for 2-3 minutes over a medium-high heat.
- Add all the dry ingredients from thepack Soup du Jour, along with the water. (*Notice this recipe calls for ½ of the water stated on the package).
- Cook for 15-20 min over medium heat, until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Cover and finish cooking on low heat for approximately 15-20 minutes more, or until all of the liquid is absorbed.
- Using a large fork; fluff the rice in a ½ hotel pan before holding.
