Date & Tamarind Aioli - Ingredients

  • Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise 3.0 cups
  • Date & Tamarind Chutney (Ashoka brand) 0.5 cup
  • Garlic cloves, finely chopped (or 1 tbsp) 3.0 tbsp
  • Shatta pepper paste 2.0 tsp
  • Lemon juice, fresh 2.0 tbsp
  • Menthe fraîche hachée 2.0 tbsp
  1. Date & Tamarind Aioli - Ingredients

    • Whisk the mayonnaise, date-tamarind chutney, garlic, lemon juice, and shatta paste until smooth and fully combined.
    • Fold in the chopped mint and mix until evenly distributed.
    • Let the aioli rest 10 minutes to meld flavors.
    • Taste and adjust with a little more lemon for brightness or shatta for extra heat if needed.
    • Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
