Hogao Aioli Ingredients

  • Hellmann’s Real or Extra Heavy Mayonnaise 3.0 cups
  • Oignons verts hachés 1.0 cup
  • Gousses d’ail, émincées 2.0 unité
  • Tomates, coupées en dés 2.0 cups
  • Cumin moulu 1.0 tsp
  • Piment 0.5 tsp
  • Sel 1.0 tsp
  • Huile végétale 1.0 tbsp
  1. Hogao Aioli Ingredients

    1. In a small saucepan, cook the scallions, garlic, tomatoes, cumin, pepper, salt, and vegetable oil over low heat until the tomato liquid reduces and the mixture slightly thickens (about 15 min).
    2. Let the hogao base cool to room temperature.
    3. Whisk the cooled hogao into the mayonnaise until completely uniform.
    4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
    5. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
