Parsley Cumin Aioli – Ingredients

  • Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise 4.0 cups
  • Feuilles de persil 4.5 cups
  • Cumin moulu 1.25 tsp
  • Small Garlic Cloves 3.0 n/a
  • Sel de mer 0.5 tsp
  • Jus de citron 1.0 tbsp
  1. Parsley Cumin Aioli – Ingredients

    • Blanch the parsley in boiling water, then shock in ice water and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
    • Blend the parsley, garlic, cumin, salt, and lemon juice until smooth.
    • Whisk the blended base into the mayonnaise until fully uniform.
    • Taste and adjust salt, cumin, or lemon if needed.
    • Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
