    1. Add the mayonnaise to a bowl.
    2. Whisk in the raspberry jam until smooth and evenly combined.
    3. Add the red wine vinegar and mix until fully incorporated.
    4. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
    5. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
