Sauce Epis - Ingredients

  • de Vraie mayonnaise Hellmann’s® 3.0 cups
  • Bottled Lime Juice 0.5 cup
  • Clove (Spice) 1.0 tsp
  • Persil, haché 0.5 cup
  • Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Pepper, Scotch Bonnet) 1.0 tsp
  1. Sauce Epis - Ingredients

    • Add mayonnaise to a bowl.
    • Stir in lime juice and mix until smooth.
    • Add clove and Scotch bonnet, blending evenly.
    • Fold in chopped parsley and mix to combine.
    • Taste and adjust heat or acidity if needed.
