Prepare the Sauce Epis

  • Hellmanns Real Mayo 3.0 cups
  • Bottled Lime Juice 0.5 cup
  • Clove (Spice) 1.0 tsp
  • Persil, haché 0.5 cup
  • Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Pepper, Scotch Bonnet) 1.0 tsp
  1. Prepare the Sauce Epis

    1. Add mayonnaise to a bowl.
    2. Stir in lime juice and mix until smooth.
    3. Add clove and Scotch bonnet, blending evenly.
    4. Fold in chopped parsley and mix to combine.
    5. Taste and adjust heat or acidity if needed.
