Prepare the Soft Scramble

Re-heat the BBQ Shredded Beef

Olive oil 60.0 ml

BBQ shredded beef, prepared 1.5 kg
Finish the Dish

Corn tortillas 20.0 each

Cilantro, as needed

Preparation

Prepare the Soft Scramble
- Crack eggs into a blender, along with milk, salt and pepper.
- Mix for 30-45 seconds, or until mix is well incorporated.
- Cook eggs over a medium fire, using a large non-stick pan and a non-stick spatula.
- Hold cooked eggs covered on a half hotel pan for service.

Re-heat the BBQ Shredded Beef
- Pre heat a large non-stick pan over a medium-high fire, add olive oil and spread the BBQ shredded beef evenly in the pan.
- Holdwarm for service.

Finish the Dish
- Warm the tortillas on a flat top or non-stick pan.
- Add soft scramble andbbq shredded beefusing a 2 oz./ 55 g portion control spoon.
- Top tacos with Knorr® Professional Ultimate Sauce Hollandaise Mix* and fresh cilantro and/or salsa.
