  1. Prepare the Zesty Pesto Mayo

    • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Reserve refrigerated.
  2. Prepare the Black Bean Patty

    • Fold together all ingredients and shape into 10 patties. Reserve refrigerated.
  3. Prepare the Burger

    • Grill burger patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F and top with herbed Boursin cheese.
    • Spread Zesty Pesto Mayo on both sides of the bun. Build burgers with remaining ingredients.
