  1. Prepare The Dish

    • Heat a griddle over medium-high heat. Add the chopped chicken and bacon to the griddle and season with Knorr Chicken LCB. Cook for about 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
    • Push the chicken and bacon to one side of the griddle and add the peppers and onions to the other side. Sauté for about 5 minutes, then combine the meat and peppers and onions into one pile.
    • Top the meat and pepper mixture with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Once the cheese is melted, mix everything together and form 4 separate piles the size of the roll.
    • Place a hoagie roll on top of each pile, then use a long spatula to flip the mixture onto the roll, creating a sandwich.
    • Drizzle Hellmann’s Ranch on top of each sandwich and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
