  1. The Chicken Skewers

    • Create the Chimichurri marinade: mix half of the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise with half of the ingredients, except the padron peppers, limes and sea salt.
    • Place the chicken fillets in the marinade, cover and chill overnight.
    • Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on skewers with the padron peppers, sprinkle with sea salt and grill until cooked through.
  2. The Sauce

    • Mix the remaining half of the ingredients and Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise until well blended.
  3. Service

    • Plate the chicken skewers with the dipping sauce and lime slices on the side, and top with edible flowers.
