Prepare the Chive and Garlic Mayonnaise

  • Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Chives, fresh, chopped 1 T.
  • Garlic, minced 0.5 oz

Prepare the Roasted Red Pepper Basil Sauce

  • Red pepper, roasted 3 oz
  • Basil, fresh 0.5 oz
  • Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise 1 cup

Prepare the Burger

  • Garlic and Chive Mayonnaise, prepared 10 oz
  • Roasted Red Pepper Basil Sauce, prepared 12 oz
  • Turkey patty 10 each
  • Tomato, roasted, sliced 20 each
  • Feta, herb marinated 10 oz
  • Burger buns, whole wheat, toasted 10 each
  • Spinach leaves as needed
  1. Prepare the Chive and Garlic Mayonnaise

    • Combine all ingredients and reserve.
  2. Prepare the Roasted Red Pepper Basil Sauce

    • Puree all ingredients together and reserve.
  3. Prepare the Burger

    • Cook patty until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    • Spread Garlic and Chive Mayonnaise on top bun. Spread Roasted Red Pepper Basil Sauce on bottom bun.
    • Build the burger.
