Preparation

Prepare the Chive and Garlic Mayonnaise
- Combine all ingredients and reserve.

Prepare the Roasted Red Pepper Basil Sauce
- Puree all ingredients together and reserve.

Prepare the Burger
- Cook patty until internal temperature reaches 75°C.
- Spread prepared Garlic and Chive Mayonnaise on top bun. Spread Roasted Red Pepper Basil Sauce on bottom bun.
- Build the burger.
