Prepare the Roasted Red Pepper Basil Sauce

Prepare the Burger

  • Turkey patty 10 each
  • Tomato, roasted, sliced 20 each
  • Burger buns, whole wheat, toasted 10 each
  • Spinach leaves as needed
  • Garlic and Chive Mayonnaise, prepared 310 ml
  • Roasted Red Pepper Basil Sauce, prepared 370 ml
  • Feta, herb marinated 300 g
  1. Prepare the Chive and Garlic Mayonnaise

    • Combine all ingredients and reserve.
  2. Prepare the Roasted Red Pepper Basil Sauce

    • Puree all ingredients together and reserve.
  3. Prepare the Burger

    • Cook patty until internal temperature reaches 75°C.
    • Spread prepared Garlic and Chive Mayonnaise on top bun. Spread Roasted Red Pepper Basil Sauce on bottom bun.
    • Build the burger.
