Building the Burger

  1. Making the Patty

    • Using a food processor, puree the garlic cloves & pulse the rest of the ingredients, without overmixing them.
    • Use a 4 oz Scoop to portion out the patties & flatten them into a sheet pan using parchment paper. Refrigerate them for a minimum of 1 hour and then grill them to order (use non-stick spray on both sides for best results).  
  2. Building the Burger

    • Mix mustard and mayo and set aside.
    • Toast Buns w/ a touch of vegan mayo & build burgers with lettuce, tomato, mushrooms & the mayo/mustard sauce. 
    • Serve a side of sauce on a small ramekin if desired.
