Prepare the Pickled Red Onions

  • Red onion, julienne 375 g
  • Apple cider vinegar 500 ml
  • Sugar 25 g
  • Salt, kosher 35 g

Prepare the Burger

  1. Prepare the Pickled Red Onions

    • Bring all ingredients except the onions to a boil.
    • Remove from heat and add onions.
    • Allow onions to cool at room temperature, strain and chill.
  2. Prepare the Burger

    • Season and cook patties to desired temperature.
    • SpreadHellmann's® Spicy Mayo Dressing and Sandwich Spread on buns.
    • Build the burger with remaining ingredients.
