Prepare the Gochujang Mayonnaise

  • Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise 4.5 cup
  • Gochujang 0.5 cup

Prepare the Pickled Red Onions

  • Red Onion, julienne 2.5 cup
  • Apple cider vinegar 2.5 cup
  • Sugar 2 T.
  • Salt, Kosher 2 T.

Prepare the Burger

  • Gochujang Mayonnaise, prepared 1.25 cup
  • Ground Pork Patty 10 each
  • Ground Beef Patty 10 each
  • Pepper Jack Cheese, sliced 10 slices
  • Green Onions, charred, chopped 10 each
  • Pickled Red Onion, prepared 2.5 cup
  • Cilantro 1 cup
  • Hamburger buns, toasted 10 each
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste 1 pinch
  1. Prepare the Gochujang Mayonnaise

    • Combine ingredients and mix well. Chill until use.
  2. Prepare the Pickled Red Onions

    • Bring all ingredients except the onions to a boil.
    • Remove from heat and add onions.
    • Allow onions to cool at room temperature, strain and chill.
  3. Prepare the Burger

    • Season and cook patties to desired temperature.
    • Spread Gochujang Mayonnaise on buns.
    • Build the burger with remaining ingredients.
