Prepare the Hawaiian Sauce

  • Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise 3.5 cup
  • Honey 2 cup
  • Pineapple juice 2 cup
  • Teriyaki sauce, prepared 1 cup
  • Sesame oil 0.25 cup
  • Sriracha sauce 0.25 cup
  • Vinegar, cider 0.5 cup

Prepare the Burger

  • Sriracha sauce 0.25 cup
  • Hawaiian Sauce, prepared 1.25 cup
  • Hawaiian Buns, toasted 10 each
  • Pressed Canned Ham Product 1.25 lbs.
  • Pepper Jack Cheese, sliced 10 slices
  • Ground Beef 1.25 lbs.
  • Ground Pork 1.25 lbs.
  • Pineapple slice, grilled 10 each
  1. Prepare the Hawaiian Sauce

    • Combine all ingredients except Hellmann’s®/Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and simmer until reduced by 1/3.
    • Combine 1.75 cup of the reduction with Hellmann’s®/Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise. Reserve refrigerated.
    • Reserve remaining reduction refrigerated for later use.
  2. Prepare the Burger

    • Combine ground beef and pork and form into 4 oz. patties. Cook patties to desired doneness and top with cheese.
    • Sliced the pressed canned ham product into 2 oz. portions and grill.
    • Build burgers with remaining ingredients.
