The Big Hawaiian
A ground beef and pork patty blend topped with pepper jack cheese, ham and pineapple, plus a sweet and spicy Hawaiian sauce made with Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise.

Prepare the Hawaiian Sauce

Vinegar, cider 125.0 ml

Sesame oil 60.0 ml

Honey 500.0 ml

Pineapple juice 500.0 ml

Teriyaki Sauce 250.0 ml

Sriracha (Thai hot sauce) 125.0 ml
Prepare the Patties

Ground Beef 560.0 g

Ground pork 560.0 g

Pepper Jack Cheese, sliced 10.0 slices
Assemble the Burger

Hawaiian Buns, toasted 10.0 each

Hawaiian Sauce, prepared 300.0 ml

Pineapple slice, grilled 10.0 each

Pressed canned ham product 560.0 g
Preparation

Prepare the Hawaiian Sauce
- Combine all ingredients except Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise and simmer until reduced by 1/3.
- Combine 1.75 cup of the reduction with Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise. Reserve refrigerated.
- Reserve remaining reduction refrigerated for later use.

Prepare the Patties
- Combine ground beef and pork and form into 115 g. patties.
- Cook patties through and top with cheese.
- Sliced the pressed canned ham product into 60 g. portions and grill.

Assemble the Burger
- Spread the Hawaiin sauce on each bun.
- Top each burger with a slice of ham and pineapple
