Prepare the Burger

  • Cajun Seasoning, prepared 1.75 cup
  • Onion 10 slices
  • Lettuce 10 pc
  • Blue Cheese, crumbled 1 cup
  • Kaiser Rolls 10 pc
  • Beef patties, cooked to desired doneness 10 ea
  • Cajun Mayonnaise, prepared 1.5 cup

Mix the Cajun Seasoning

  • Red Pepper 0.5 cup
  • Black Pepper 1 cup
  • White Pepper, as needed 1 cup
  • Garlic Powder 1 cup
  • Onion powder 1 cup
  • Ground Coriander 1 cup
  • Sugar 1.5 cup

Prepare the Cajun Mayonnaise Sauce

Serving Suggestion

  1. Prepare the Burger

    • Toast Kaiser Rolls.
    • Dust beef patties with Cajun seasoning (sub recipe below) on both sides.
    • Sauté burger to desired doneness and melt cheese on top.
    • Spread Cajun mayonnaise (sub recipe below) on buns and assemble burger.
  2. Mix the Cajun Seasoning

    • Combine all together and mix well.

  3. Prepare the Cajun Mayonnaise Sauce

    • Combine mayonnaise with Cajun seasoning and mix well.
  4. Serving Suggestion
