Prepare the BBQ Demi- Braising Sauce

Prepare the BBQ Beef

  • Beef chuck, cut into 1.5 inch cubes 4.0 kg
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil 60.0 ml

Preparation

  1. Prepare the BBQ Demi- Braising Sauce

    • Using a large saucepan, combine the demi glace powder with the BBQ sauce and the water. Slowly bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Set aside

  2. Prepare the BBQ Beef

    • Preheat oven to 350 F/ 180 C.
    • Season the Cubed Beef with salt and pepper. Add oil to a large braising pan and brown the beef on all sides.
    • Transfer beef to a large hotel panand cover with prepared BBQ/Demi Sauce. Cover and cook for 3 hours at 350 F/ 180 C. Allow to rest and shred/ pull the BBQ Beef.

  3. Prepare the Mac and Cheese

    • Using a large bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the cheese and the mayo. Place the prepared Knorr Mac and Cheese in a half hotel pan. Top the Mac and cheese with panko mix and brown in the oven at 400 F/ 200 Cfor 10-12 min.

  4. Prepare the Avocado Crema

    • Combine the guacamole, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, sour creamand the KIF Citrus Fresh. Transfer to a squeeze bottle.

  5. Finish the Dish

    • Divide the Mac and Cheese into individual bowls.Top each bowl with BBQ Pulled Beefand Avocado Crema Sauce*.
    *Serve sauce on the side if it is for delivery/take-out.
