Prepare the Pea Pesto Mayonnaise

Prepare the Burger

  • Bacon, cooked 20 slices
  • Tomato 20 slices
  • Green leaf lettuce 20 leaves
  • Hamburger buns, toasted 10 each
  • Sirloin patties 10 each
  • Pea Pesto Mayonnaise, prepared 580 ml
  • Red onion, sliced 75 g
  • Mozzarella, sliced 10 slices
  1. Prepare the Pea Pesto Mayonnaise

    • Combine all ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth. Season to taste. Chill until use.
  2. Prepare the Burger

    • Cook patty to desired doneness and melt cheese on top.
    • Spread Pea Pesto Mayonnaise on buns.
    • Topthe burger with bacon, lettuce, onion and tomato.
