Herbed Lamb Burger
A lamb patty served on a whole wheat bun topped with garlic-chive mayonnaise, crumbled feta, caramelized onions, grilled zucchini, sliced tomato, and pickled radish.

Ingredients
Prepare the Chive and Garlic Mayonnaise

Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise 1 cup

Prepare the Lamb Patties

Ground lamb 60 oz

Parsley, chopped 0.75 cup

Garlic 3 T.

Basil, dried 5 tsp

Oregano, dried 5 tsp

Salt, Kosher 5 t
Prepare the Pickled Radishes

Apple cider vinegar 3 cup

Sugar 3 Tbsp

Salt, Kosher 3 T.

Radish 40 slices
Prepare the Burger

Hamburger buns, split 10 ea

Pickled Radishes, prepared 40 slices

Tomato 20 slices
-
Zucchini, grilled 15 oz

Caramelized Onions 10 oz

Feta 15 oz

Herbed lamb patty 10 each

Chive and Garlic Mayonnaise, prepared 10 oz
Preparation

Prepare the Chive and Garlic Mayonnaise
- Combine all ingredients and chill.

Prepare the Lamb Patties
- Combine all ingredients and form into patties. Chill.

Prepare the Pickled Radishes
- Bring all ingredients except the radishes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add radishes.
- Allow radishes to cool at room temperature and chill.

Prepare the Burger
- Cook patty to desired doneness.
- Spread Chive and Garlic Mayonnaise on buns.
- Build the burger.
