  • Salmon patty 10 each
  • Lemon Dill Cream Cheese, prepared 18 oz
  • Crab topping, prepared 5 cup
  • Burger buns, white, toasted 10 each

    • Combine all ingredients and chill.
  2. Prepare the Crab Topping

    • Combine all ingredients and chill.
  3. Prepare the Lemon Dill Cream Cheese

    • Whip cream cheese until light and smooth.
    • Incorporate remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  4. Prepare the Burger

    • Cook salmon patty.
    • Spread Lemon Dill Cream Cheese on buns.
    • Build the burger.
