Prepare the Brown Gravy Mayo

Prepare the Cheddar and Chive Mashed Potatoes

  • Mashed potatoes 680 g
  • Heavy cream 125 ml
  • Chives, fresh, chopped 125 ml
  • cheddar râpé en filaments 125 ml

Prepare the Meatloaf Patties

  • Beef, ground, 80/20 125 kg
  • Hellmann's® Extra Heavy Mayonnaise 120 ml
  • paprika fumé 45 ml
  • Ketchup 120 ml
  • Italian seasoning 30 ml
  • Sel et poivre au goût
  • oignon moyen en petits dés 1 each
  • Granulated garlic 30 ml
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped 125 ml
  • Worcestershire sauce 15 ml
  • thym frais haché 25 ml
  • Panko bread crumbs 175 ml

Prepare the Burger

  • Texas toast, grilled 20 tranches
  • Brown Gravy Mayo, prepared 300 ml
  • Meatloaf patties, prepared 10 ea
  • Cheddar and Chive Mashed Potatoes, prepared 600 ml
  • Onion rings, fried 20 ea
  1. Prepare the Brown Gravy Mayo

    • Combine all ingredients and whisk until well combined. Hold refrigerated until service.
  2. Prepare the Cheddar and Chive Mashed Potatoes

    • Fold in chives, cheddar cheese, and heavy whipping cream to the prepared mashed potatoes. Hold hot for service.
  3. Prepare the Meatloaf Patties

    • Combine all ingredients and form into 10 patties.
  4. Prepare the Burger

    • To assemble, spread 1 T. of the Brown Gravy Mayo on each piece of toast. Add the grilled meatloaf patty, 2 oz. Cheddar and Chive Mashed Potatoes, and 2 fried onion rings.
